Shipping & Returns

Malia Clothing Shipping

All orders are sent from our Head Office in Suva, in the beautiful Fiji Islands.

Please allow 3-5 working days for packing and handling and then we will get your precious parcel on it's way. If an item is not available, we will advise you within 2 business days and offer an alternative or a full refund.

For shipping within Fiji

We offer free express shipping within Fiji via EMS for all orders over USD $50.

For international shipping

Malia Clothing uses DHL for all international shipping.

We can ship worldwide to any street address. We don't ship to PO Boxes though- sorry! 

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs and import taxes if applicable.


Returns or Refund Policy

Malia Clothing does not accept exchanges but accepts returns/refunds. We ask the following requirements are met:

  • The item/s must be in original condition, with tags remaining in place;
  • Item/s must not have been worn or washed;
  • Items must be sent within 10 days of receiving item/s from Malia Clothing's online shop only;
  • Please sight your order number clearly with your return parcel.

The shipping cost/s incurred for returning item/s to Malia Clothing for a refund are not covered or reimbursed unless by the fault of Malia Clothing.

Email your request to with the subject line being ‘RETURN’ with your order number.

Please note Malia Clothing are not liable for the loss of item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service.

*All SALE items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Should you change your mind, we do accept returns, items just need to be returned unwashed and unworn within 7 days of receiving the package.

We do love to have sales, and hope that you get to bag a bargain during our sale times, please be reminded though that all sale items are final.


All our items include 9% VAT in accordance with Fiji's taxation requirements.
