Refund policy
Malia Fiji accepts exchanges, returns and refunds for store credit only. Please understand that we are a small, local business in Fiji. The items being exchanged or returned must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Returns apply only to purchases made from Malia Clothing's online shop.
- The order number must be clearly indicated with the return parcel.
The shipping cost incurred for returning items to Malia Fiji for an exchange are not covered or reimbursed unless by fault of Malia Fiji.
To request a return, please email natalia@maliaclothing.com with the subject line 'RETURN' along with your order number.
Final Sale Items
All SALE items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we accept returns, provided the item is unwashed and unworn and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
VAT & Taxes
All our items include a 15% VAT in accordance with Fiji's taxation requirements.
